Little Kids Club

Ages 3 – 6

Children aged 3 to 6 possess an absorbent mind, enabling them to soak up knowledge, stimuli, and information from their environment like a sponge. The Montessori approach encourages self-directed learning, empowering children to learn joyfully at their own speed. Through the Montessori curriculum, toddlers can unlock their inner potential, engage in activities of their choosing, develop concentration, nurture artistic creativity, and improve social skills.

Language: Children in this stage are encouraged to gradually transition from spoken language to written language.

The curriculum emphasizes using spoken language as a means of self-expression, introducing reading through materials like sandpapers, language cards, and blocks to nurture reading skills. Enriching vocabulary is also a key focus.

Practical Life: Repetition of practical life activities aids in the development of fine and gross motor skills, fostering confidence and independence.

Children over 3 years old are encouraged to engage in these activities, focusing on aspects like fine motor development, self-care, care for the environment, and grace and courtesy.

Mathematics: The Montessori curriculum helps children shift from concrete to abstract mathematics through the use of concrete materials like golden beads, stip boards, colored rods, blocks steps, and chains. Sandpapers are utilized to introduce children to more complex mathematical concepts.
